<p><strong>Redemption Options</strong> The voucher can be redeemed in stores in Germany and Austria. You can redeem the voucher online at www.louis.de. Please note that vouchers purchased from BONAGO are subject to separate terms and conditions.</p> <p><strong> Number of Redeemable Vouchers</strong> Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Multiple vouchers can be redeemed for telephone orders or in-store purchases.</p> <p><strong> Validity</strong> The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue.</p> <p><strong> Remaining Balance</strong> For telephone orders, we have the option of redeeming gift vouchers with a higher value; any remaining balance will be credited to the shipping account. This amount will then be converted into a new voucher. When ordering online, you can redeem gift vouchers up to the order value.</p> <p><strong> Delivery Conditions</strong> Shipping is available for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
