How to use your IKEA gift card

<p>Geschenkkarten kannst du im IKEA Einrichtungshaus und beim Online-Kauf* einlösen. Im IKEA Einrichtungshaus legst du sie einfach an der Kasse vor, wenn du deinen Einkauf bezahlst. Beim Online-Kauf gibst du während des Bestellvorgangs die Geschenkkartennummer und die PIN ein, um eine oder mehrere Geschenkkarten einzulösen.</p> <p>Wenn du deine Geschenkkarte verloren hast oder jemand anderes sie ohne deine Zustimmung verwendet hat, können wir die Karte leider nicht sperren oder ersetzen. Geschenkkarten müssen wir wie Bargeld behandeln.</p> <p>IKEA Geschenkkarten können nicht für die Bezahlung von Services genutzt werden. Wenn eine Geschenkkarte in einer anderen Währung als Euro verwendet wird, erfolgen die Zahlungen in der offiziellen Währung des jeweiligen Landes (mithilfe des Wechselkurses des aktuellsten offiziellen Währungskurses). Dafür fällt eine Wechselgebühr von 3 % an. </p> <p><em>*Gilt nicht für den Service Click & Collect.</em></p> <P> <p>You can redeem gift cards in the IKEA furniture store and when purchasing online*. At the IKEA store, you simply present it at the checkout when you pay for your purchase. When purchasing online, enter the gift card number and PIN during the checkout process to redeem one or more gift cards.</p> <p>If you have lost your gift card or someone else has used it without your permission, unfortunately we cannot block or replace the card. We must treat gift cards like cash.</p> <p>IKEA Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for services. If a gift card is used in a currency other than Euro, payments will be made in the official currency of the relevant country (using the exchange rate of the most current official currency rate). There is a 3% exchange fee for this. </p> <p><em>*Does not apply to the Click & Collect service.</em></p>
