How to use your Hunkemoller gift card
At the payment stage of your purchase on the site, indicate the e-Card number in the field provided for this purpose. To check the balance of your gift card, you can have it scanned in a Hunkemöller store. If the balance of your gift card is not sufficient, you can pay the remaining amount with other means of payment. In the event of a return of online purchases, the balance of the gift card will be refunded. So keep the email! If you paid part of your purchase with iDEAL or a credit card, only this part will be refunded to the corresponding account. When you return purchases made in a store, you will receive a Hunkemöller credit card. This card can be used on hunkemoller.nl and in all Hunkemöller stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, France and Spain. In the event of loss or theft, Hunkemöller will not replace the card. This card is not exchangeable for cash.
