Az ajándékkártya egy rendelésben használható csak fel, amellyel a névértékkel megegyező kedvezmény érvényesíthető. Újabb ajándékkártyára vásárlására ez az összeg nem használható fel. Mi történik, ha olyan terméket küldök vissza, melyet ajándékkártyával vásároltam? Amennyiben a teljes rendelés visszaküldésre kerül, úgy egy új vásárlási utalvány kerül kiállításra 30 nappal meghosszabbított lejárati idővel. Minden különböző forgalmazó után új utalványt küldünk ki. Az ajándékkártya készpénzre váltható?
