If the same covers the full amount of the face value of the tickets, you will only have to proceed with the payment of the service fee. -If you need further assistance, you can write an email to [email protected] indicating the email address with which you purchased the card and your personal data. To check the balance of your Gift Card, go to www.asroma.com/it/giftcard and enter your Gift Card code. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.</p>
